Cooperative Energy is one of the largest energy providers in the state of Mississippi. With our 11 Member cooperatives, we power 427,000 Mississippi homes and businesses in 55 of Mississippi’s 82 counties — the largest territory in the state.

We assure diversity in our generating mix through generating plants across the state, six solar energy sites and a 10% share of Grand Gulf nuclear plant, just to name a few. That’s what makes our power affordable and reliable.
Competitive Connections
It’s all about who you know. We work closely with local economic development agencies and the Mississippi Development Authority to recommend sites, offer rate incentives and find grant programs for eligible economic development projects.
